At first, they were very welcoming when we checked in, but on the third day we were pressured into attending their hotel presentation. When we said we didn’t want to join their hotel membership program (which requires a fee), the staff’s attitude changed instantly. When we tried to leave, they even stopped us and said, “You don’t want the gift anymore?” Later, we ran into the staff who had tried to bring us to the presentation. After realizing we didn’t sign up for their membership, I greeted him, but he just stared at me with wide eyes and didn’t respond at all. On the second-to-last day of our trip, we ran out of laundry detergent and went to the front desk to ask for more. They told us it was only available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Yes, it was after hours, but I felt they were being too rigid. We were leaving the next morning, so we wanted to finish our laundry and even explained the situation to them, but all they said was “sorry.” Then at check-out the next day, they didn’t even say goodbye. They didn’t look up and just gave us a half-hearted “thank you.” The hotel facilities are great, but I think the staff definitely need more training.

The room smelled really bad from the air conditioning unit so we had to keep the doors open to air it out. They make you run the dishwasher and take the garbage out otherwise you get charged a fee, which I thought was ridiculous, esp for the price they charge. There was no beach, just a rock wall with brownish-green water, but it is near a port so dirty water was expected. You need to do excursions and trips to the other islands to see the pretty things. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. The property is connected to the neighboring resorts so you could easily walk to other resorts’ restaurants etc. which were all way better than wyndham.

Be prepared for the sales pitch

We forgot why we don’t stay at Wyndham hotels. They try so hard to get you along to a 30min sales pitch. This is how you’re greeted and when you say no they just keep coming back. Left a sour taste in our mouth and didn’t feel like home. Always on edge waiting to be approached.

Good location. Most of the staff are nice and friendly The room that we stayed at was in one of the older buildings and would need a furniture update. It’s getting old and dirty. Air conditioner in one of the rooms needs an upgrade. It sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t.For a five star hotel this is unacceptable. Good : prime location, large swimming pool. Big size apartment with nice kitchen.

The accommodation was clean and in up to date, nice and all amenities provided. The atmosphere at the resort was vibrant yet relaxing. All the staff were nice and friendly. Food was great. Loved the hot tub. But needs some maintenance. No lift facilities. Can be difficult to access upper floor levels for some people.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. There are various activities organized throughout the week to keep guests engaged. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The 2 bed apt was large and clean, but the kitchen door under the sink was hanging off, otherwise had everything we needed. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful. Had the spagetti bolognese one night and had no meat in it. I got a replacement after waiting a long time and the flavour wasn’t very nice. I did have a few curry’s and they were good.
