The location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily walk to a local brewery and to the charming downtown area. It was about the same distance to the university and the Old Stone Fort too. The real treat, though, was the house itself. It was comfortable in every respect and allowed us to visit, eat together, and watch March Madness. There's a beautiful gazebo outside that was a great way to carry the conversation outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather. It was the cleanest, most well appointed, most comfortable house. We will never stay in a hotel in Nacogdoches again. The kitchen was completely stocked with every type of pot, pan, dishes, utensils, etc. We like to stay in VRBO's so that we can make our own meals, but often, the kitchens don't have much in them. Not so at this house. It was absolutely perfect. A lot of people try to list one negative thing when they are leaving a review, but I will not do that here. The hosts graciously provided bottled water, coffee and paper products. We celebrated a birthday and attended the blueberry festival. The location was excellent. ##### Bettina F.
