A decent place to stay given prices in Dublin. Wi-fi strong although without password protection. Basic amenities were in the room, as presented online in advance, and everything worked. The room was spacious, although the window was inconveniently located just next to the bed and it was difficult to keep air circulation with the window blinds down.

The staff were the highlight of the stay (though the hotel was great too). Amy and, in particular, William from the front desk did everything to accommodate us, answering all our questions and really ensuring our stay was top notch. The location was great (highly recommend the cafés, next door, in the building with the Dublin Museum). The room was extra spacious and the treats from automatically being enrolled in the Hilton Rewards Program were extra nice too.

Excellent Stay with One Breakfast Disappointment! The Excellent aspects: Perfect stay overall: Everything about my time at the Riu Plaza Gresham was truly excellent. Top-notch service: The staff was professional, welcoming, and highly attentive throughout. Great experience: Room comfort, cleanliness, and the central location were all outstanding. We travelled by Aircoach right outside the door of the hotel from Dublin airport. The Downside: Breakfast quality: the only disappointment was the hot breakfast selection. Both the pancakes and the bacon had a strange, plasticky taste. Verdict: Highly recommended: I would absolutely stay here again, but I might skip the some of the hot breakfast items next time. :) :)
