The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. Our week started off cool and rainy, and the heat made the house feel warm and cozy. By the end of the week, a heat wave hit, but the A/C kept us cool and comfortable.The enclosed porch was enjoyable in all weather and made a great spot for playing board games while enjoying the water view.Communication with Chris was seamless—he responded immediately.
