We're a very short walk to everything downtown Mystic has to offer,restaurants, bakeries, bars, and boutiques.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
We've located in a quit neighborhood with off street parking.
This home has plenty of space inside and out for your family and friends to enjoy after a full day of site seeing.

While in Mystic for a wedding weekend, our extended family of 10 stayed at Tina’s home. For us the location and set up was ideal: great backyard and play area for young kids and within easy walking distance of town. Communications were prompt, helpful and accurate. Very clean. I highly recommend this home, particularly if traveling with young children.

This was an excellent house for a family gathering - of seven adults and a young child. We had everything we needed and the house was beautifully clean. Our host also answered all messages promptly and accommodated a request to be able to stay slightly longer on the day we were leaving, which was deeply appreciated.

This was a great place -- we had 11 of us ranging from my husband and me, to our two married children and spouses, as well as 5 grandchildren ages 5 and under. Very welcoming place with lots of toys and equipment for the grandkids. Tina was very responsive and dropped off extra baby items -- high chair, pack and play, etc., when we let her know the age ranges. Very convenient location and a nice walk into town to see the drawbridge and other activities. Highly recommend!

Family get together

The house was perfect for three families with kids. There was enough space. The kitchen was good and the lay out made it for easy get togethers. The backyard was huge with a lovely patio and playground for the kids. The location of this house was stellar, just a 5 minute walk to the main drag. All and all a great vacation spot!

Wonderful family friendly home with excellent location.

I can not say enough good things about this home! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and with all the things you might need to cook or have a meal together. So family friendly- was able to provide a pack and play and a high chair, and my girls went crazy with the toys they had. Easy to check in and the location is incredible— a very short walk down to the Main Street of Mystic with lots of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. A perfect place for me and my family, We had such a wonderful time and would be back again!

Just WOW. So the house itself is so perfect and beautiful and charming and clean and everything you want in a vacation home away from home. Tina has maintained this house very well and it has so much space for a larger family. The house itself was built by her grandfather and absolutely has some charm to it but there are also modern additions that make it feel new and clean. This was a true gem. Oh and that backyard...and the close proximity to town...come on now. Finally, Tina is an EXCEPTIONAL host. She answers you almost immediately and is very kind and respectful and helpful and was just such a pleasure to interact with. She cares about what she does which is always nice. Will definitely be coming back again and again.

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

This was the perfect house for us to bring our kids and grandchildren for a Mystic vacation (6 adults and 3 children). There is a big, beautiful yard with toys and playscapes for the kids to run around and play while we watched them from the deck. The house was quite comfortable with AC units in each bedroom, a kitchen with everything we needed, and a playroom adjoining the living room so we could spread out. The host Tina is incredibly nice and very responsive, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Memorial Day Gathering

Impeccably clean

I've never had a rental that was this clean when we arrived. Easiest check in, Tina was pleasant to work with. Walkable to downtown and resturaunts. The only surprise was that there is hallway upstairs, all the bedrooms are arranged in a circle with connecting doors. All but 1 have direct access to stairs, so not a problem, but plan that at least 2 rooms will use the downstairs bathroom at night.

Great spot.

The rental was perfect The host got back to me very quickly and was very accommodating to my needs. She was super. Everything you cold possible need plus some was provided. The property was very very clean, beds comfortable, a big yard with outside toys. My grandson 5 years old was thrilled and he enjoyed them very much. The property is very well maintained. I would highly recommend this property. On my next visit to Mystic I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!!

Our group was comfortable staying here. All the bedrooms were a great size and plenty of space downstairs for hanging out. The location is also great for exploring mystic. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for a weekend away in mystic!
