"1) My room was assigned to someone else while I was already staying in it! On Day 2 I return to my room at night to find someone else’s name on the TV welcome screen and the lights on! Hotel couldn’t explain what happened and brushed it off as a technical error. The only person who was thoughtful was the security guard, Elizabeth, who checked the room with me and suggested new key cards be issued. Otherwise, the hotel manager was just trying to finish the conversation with me as fast as possible when he couldn’t explain how the problem happened. Condition of room: Dust on the surfaces, hair in the shower, bathroom counter was wet ipon arrival, bed comforter put on backwards, front desk button didn’t work, shower valve on backwards, tile broken in shower, pull handles on curtains were broken and on the ground. Overall, the room was not kept in good condition. Would not stay here again."

"The good reviews have me mystified! The room was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The property is incredibly dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bathroom layout is plain dumb. Nowhere to hang towels. , let alone swimsuits. There is no place to hang a hand towel so it’s damp all the time. We were next to the swimming pool but couldn’t dry our wet swimsuits. The front desk staff were apathetic at best. No offer to help with bags and no elevators for bags. Not sure what the $40 per day resort fee paid for besides towels but seemed a bit excessive for just towels. Awful experience and we couldn’t wait to leave. "

"The hours for the pool sucked, 8am to 9pm. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold. The breakfast was ok. We were given bracelets so they knew we were guests. I guess their breakfasts have be crashed. The cleaniness of the hotel was not good. My baby's knees were dirty from crawling around the room. I regular clean my house daily. I don't even deepclean my house no more then 2 times weekly and his knees are never dirty. The bodywash wasnt filled up when we got in the room, like they forgot to refill it. When i asked for a refill, they said they didnt have anymore. And gave us bar soaps. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable, by the second night my whole body was aching. "
