Nice location, good overall
Staff at reception was really nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok Room is nice but carpet are not clean. Need to be vaccumed, as it is disgusting

Reception staff let the Quoram down
Our stay was excellent..The service staff in restaurant were excellent.I have never had reception staff just hand me paper work for review without even looking or acknowldging me..My food bills dropped in front of me..Not added or anything..Very poor performance. The Quoram cleaning staff were more efficient and well trained than reception.

The staff was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is sparkling clean, everything is well taking care of. I had some personal issues and they were gracious to accommodate me. Absolutely recommend it!

The hall carpet on the second floor was stained. The chair in our bedroom was stained. The sheets in the bed were stained.

very disappointing
They are advertising free internet on Expedia. They did not honor this commitment and charged me 600 rupees a day plus taxes. False advertising, I feel cheated, This is not a 4 star hotel.. maybe 3 at best, The yogurt I found in the hotel restaurant was 1 week past the freshness date, ( it was soupy and I did not eat it)

It was a one night stay in this hotel. Overall we both were very pleased with this hotel. Hotel bed was very comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. Restaurant service was also good. Our room came with the breakfast, which was very good.

Very good hotel in Mysore
First time traveling to India, I wasn't sure where to stay - I asked a friend from Mysore, and he suggested a few places. I chose this one after reading some reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality accommodations. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the room amenities (TV, fridge, sitting char, bathroom, etc) were well appointed too. The only complaint we had was the speed of wifi service, but that was an external problem to the hotel - it's just the local high speed bandwidth isn't very fast. I would stay here again, and recommend to anyone who is traveling to or thru Mysore.

Very average room.
I was disappointed. The sofa in the room was stained. The linen in the room could have been a lot cleaner.The bathroom had no foot mat. I was told there would be wi fi but there wasn't.

Great Hotel
Excellent hotel. Only had one issue, there was a very loud party down the hall that we weren't advised had been booked, on check in and when we called to complain we were told several times over 2 hrs that it would be 5 or 10 mins before the party ended. It was after 11 pm when it shut down.

Uncomfortably dirty rooms
Photos very deceiving! The entry area and restaurant were decent, the room however was badly in need of paint and cleaning. The room smelt like a cigarette when we first walked in and later found the cigarette butt in the bathroom garbage can.Paint chipped and dirty with splashes and markings, bathroom fixtures not at all close to clean. Linens and towels grey and threadbare. We slept in our travel sleeping bags on top of the beds. Breakfast was good, however cutlery was coated with old food that hadn't cleaned off. Front desk staff was not very helpful in trying to arrange further drivers. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Would not recommend at this price.

Needs better management & investment in operations
Broken cupboards, missing towels, thin doors make for loud mornings from adjacent occupants, poor breakfast options, and such. The hotel management needs to invest in maintenance of hotel facilities, and ensure processes are robust to maintain quality of customer services and non-customer services.

Great value, excellent service
This hotel is excellent place for vacation for NRI. Their services are up to the western standard, their bedding and mattresses are better than 5 start hotels, their menu in the restaurant is well priced and the food is very authentic. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will book it again for our future visit to Mysore.

Great middle of the road hotel.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Mysore (KR Circle). It is a new hotel that opened in early 2012, so everything is modern and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and flexible.

make sure there is no private function at hotel
the hotel was good and well maintained. however we are sore since they arranged for a private function in the breakfast hall and served us breakfast on the roof in rain and cold!! finally they could not manage and promised to serve the breakfast in rooms. we received half the breakfast 2 hours later. our schedule really got affected and we left the hotel hungry. the management of hotel should give preference to comforts of guests staying in rooms rather than renting out premises for private function when they cannot handle both.

Boutique hotel with helpful friendly staff
Straightforward boutique hotel with helpful friendly staff. Good accommodation standard. Located on a busy city street (good for taxi access etc.) but with quiet rooms. Buffet breakfast is close to western style but with interesting local idiosyncrasies.
