Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23\. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) 2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. Loved the use of the balcony for our wet things. Super easy to navigate. I will say parking was a pain, but that's not the hosts fault. Could see the ocean beautifully from the room. Super close to 3 separate pools and the restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Only problem I had was the air wasn't the best and there was no hair dryer. I should have brought my own, I guess, but most places usually have one. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. However, whoever is in charge of cleaning fails this condo. The shower knob had mold/mildew on it and was coming out as i turned it on. The balcony was sandy and had food on it( dried up shrimp and sausage), I tried to vacuum it but the vacuum was awful. I ended up sweeping it to the best of my ability. When packing to leave we found a banana peel left next to the nightstand, I didn’t bother picking it up. I’m sure it’s still there. This place is nice, location is nice, I would suggest a different cleaning service! ##### stacy g.
