Pet Policy: No pets are allowed without prior written consent and a 59 dollar non-refundable fee. Unauthorized animals will result in a 500 dollar fine. If a guest fails to vacate by this time without 24-hour prior written consent, a fee of 50 dollars applies for the first 30 minutes, and 100 dollars for each subsequent 30-minute period. MAINTENANCE AND REFUNDS Maintenance: We do not send maintenance into the property during your stay unless there is a significant cause for concern. Maintenance is performed after your departure. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of nature, insects, or neighborhood activity beyond our control.
