The view is amazing! The condo has everything you need and across the street is a beach store, a Starbucks, an ice cream shop, and several restaurants. Broadway at the Beach is just a couple of miles from the condo also. We watched the weekly fireworks from the balcony. It is the perfect location. It was the perfect size for our family of 3\. Don't hesitate to stay here. I think the best thing was not having to deal with checking in at the hotel. Once we received the message that our room was ready, we unloaded and went straight up to the top floor. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! ##### Heather F. Prime location with plenty of closer, drawer and suitcase space in bedroom. Tiny kitchen with pantry and plenty of towels in bath. Was concerned about elevator noise in advance, but we were able to tune it out (not so much with groups waiting for and exiting elevator). Spectacular view - would stay there again. ##### martha d. I loved the location, the property was safe, and the view in unbeatable. I only have a couple of suggestions, to make the digital TV services available in the bedroom so you can watch movies etc in the evenings, and to ensure the toilet is flushing properly. The pool that is mostly indoors was heated and came in handy, since outdoor pool was chilly in October. The doors to the units from the hallway are very scuffed, and the hallways are not in the best shape. The view of the ocean from the balcony is very nice, but describing the 19th floor of the building as a penthouse is quite a stretch. ##### Amerigo C.
