This condo unit was very nice and in a great location. We really enjoyed staying at this unit. The only issue we had was we were a late arrival, and discovered we had no hot water, and very little water pressure. We called and texted numbers we had for assistance, but no one returned our call. The next morning (Saturday) I started trying to investigate the problem, I discovered the hot water valve was turned off to the water heater, and when I found the breaker box, the breaker to the water heater was off. This resolved our problem. I had still not heard from anyone regarding service to this date. I texted the same number that i had texted previously for assistance to inform someone that I had resolved the problem, and I immediately received a response stating "Ok let me know if you need anything". It would have been nice if someone would have responded to my previous response when I had requested for help to let me know they had received my issue, and was working to get it resolved. An absolutely wonderful vacation!! The condo was beautiful and was in a great location. The swimming pools were amazing and so was the walk to the beach.
