THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND UNIT. .THERE IS ONLY ONE PER FLOOR AND THIS UNIT ONE OF THE HIGHER UP FLOORS WHICH GIVES IT A UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN. ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM IS FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND AND YOU CAN ENOUGH ACCESS THE BALCONY FROM THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM WHICH MAKES IT VERY UNIQUE FOR A ONE BEDROOM. THIS CONDO IS MADE LIKE AN ACTUAL CONDO NOT LIKE A HOTEL ROOM AS YOU WALK INTO A FOYER INSTEAD OF THE BEDROOM. THIS UNIT BOASTS ALMOST 1000 SQ FT COMBINING THE INSIDE AND THE LARGE BALCONY. THE KITCHEN IS EQUPPED WITH NEW GRANITE, BACKSPLASH, AND A COMBO VENTLESS WASHER AND DRYER THE BEDROOM IS OVER SIZED HAS A PILLOW TOP KING, LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OVER THE CITY, AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE LIVING ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA, PULL DOWN MURPHY BED, 65" TV/ CUSTOM FLOORING THROUGHOUT, 2 SETS OF HIGH TOP SITTING ADIRONDACK PATIO FURNITURE TO LOOK OVER INTO THE OCEAN. THE FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM MAKES IT EASY TO SEE DOLPHINS FROM JUST SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM. THIS IS TRULY A ONE OF A KIND UNIT AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE LAYOUTS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH. IMPORTANT - Pets are allowed upon my approval. at certain times of year There will be a daily pet fee.(non aggressive) IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE, ALL THE POOLS ARE INCLUDED EXCEPT THE SLIDE IN THE OTHER BUILDING...MOST DO NOT CARE JUST WANT A GOOD VIEW AND POOLS BUT AS A GREAT OWNER AND HOST I WANT MY GUESTS TO KNOW - Private rentals are not allowed to use any of the food services, laundry, gym,slide onsite as they are not cashless systems through key cards however there are many options for this near the resort The resort. this wonderful unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower. The Pinnacle is a part of the larger resort with over 750 ft of ocean frontage, including the Compass Cove North Tower, where I also own/rent a 1BR The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the largest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 720 ft of beach access. Once you visit this wonderful resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach. Rental Rules and Regulations 1)Check in 4pm 2) Check out 10am 3).Parking Passes are included. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also). As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets 4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. We brought our daughter's best friend so I wasn't sure how the room set up was going to be but it worked out wonderful. The living room area had a Murphy bed and the couch pulled out as a full bed. My husband and I could still go out on the balcony and come back in our room without going in on their side so it was almost like we had two separate rooms. Corner, wrap around balcony allowed me to see sunrises and sunsets! The outside hallways were a little dingy and we were able to gain access into the building without a key card from the garage but that is no fault of the owner. The inside condo had everything you could need and even had little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soaps which I was not not expecting. The bed was super comfy. The condo was just as pictured and very resort feel. The view from the balcony was great. I thought parking might be an issue s8nce it came with only one space but the desk at the resort kindly gave me another one. During peak season this could be an issue but plenty of metered parking around. The only real issue I had was changing the code on the lock and eventually gave up and just used the 10 digit code I was given to access the property. Apr 9, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Please don’t ruin your family vacation Upon arrival, We walk in to find out it was nothing as advertised! Everything in the rental was completely ran down and disgusting. The sofa is no longer the blue color it’s black from filth. Every appliance, wall , and the floors are dirty and beyond a simple clean at this point. The deck is hideous with damage all over ,definitely nothing like the picture. We walked in to find a dirty diaper under our bed from the last people that stayed there, and nothing had been cleaned or washed .Even if the unit was clean, it wouldn’t look anything like the pictures because all the furniture and everything in it needs to be replaced. Needs paint because the walls are damaged and dirty throughout. Floors damaged .We walked in and couldn’t believe our eyes, and the smell was even worse! It smells like dog pee in there. We walked in and had to walk back out, went and booked at a different location. I believe that property shouldn’t be listed on here in the condition it’s in. All the reviews must be really old or from people that live dirty themselves? It’s really a shame These properties shouldn’t have to post updated pictures or videos once a month to show if it is even in the same condition before we rent it. The property owner did send his cleaning crew. Happen to be 2 crackheads that lived in the motel next-door that didn’t even have a vacuum, broom,or one cleaning supply. Couple things I can say bad is the actual hotel itself was not great but I would stay at this apartment again. Other thing was some cleaning issue that didn't affect our stay I rather talk to the owner than Broadcast it....because overall this room was perfect and definitely would stay here again.
