Sea Watch South 416 at Big Fish Rentals. Here at Big Fish Rentals... This fourth-floor seaside property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This apartment, which sleeps up to six people, is situated in the South Tower of the Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach and has a private terrace with a view of the ocean. It features new countertops, a full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary cabinets. This resort features multiple pools, direct access to the beach, and is near the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets. View why we adore this suite by coming! All the contemporary amenities are included in this recently renovated apartment, including a cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary faucets. The kitchen is aligned with granite countertops. Welcome to your spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, your home away from home. Our fourth-floor, two-bedroom apartment directly on the beach features a king bed in the main bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to six people. There are two separate bathrooms and a living area. Everything is new in the refurbished kitchen, including a full-sized stove, granite countertops, and new cabinets. Along with pots and pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee machine, and vegetable peeler, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. With the kitchen and living space open, you can take in the ocean views! You can see the ocean by strolling out onto your own balcony from the sitting room. This is our favorite place to get coffee or tea in the morning while taking in the sea breeze! The bedroom is furnished with pillows and bedding for the two beds. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a sizable sink. We include toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can get started on your trip immediately since we want your stay to be enjoyable and comfortable! You won't regret treating yourself to everything that Sea Watch Resort and our condo have to offer! NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st. HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule: Spring 2026: April 15th: Heaters turned on June 1st: Heaters turned off South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15 Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd Fall/Winter 2025-2026: October 1: Heaters turn on December 1: Heaters turn off Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10 North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter. Centrally located with lots to do, beautiful grounds. Our only complaint with the resort was that the pools were cold. The condo is in need of major renovations. The beds were rock hard, furniture was old, couches smelly and very uncomfortable. We had to have the cleaning crew come back and clean the floors. Within an hour of being there the bottom of our feet were solid black. Not to mention covered in sand. It was so bad that we immediately regretted renting the condo.The rental agency will send you rules and a contract that are NOT disclosed on VRBO. You learn of these after you rent their condos. Big Fish has a poor reputation and had I done my research I would've never rented from them. I can now see why. We have rented many condos over the decades of coming to Myrtle and have never been dissatisfied until this year. I wouldn't recommend this condo or any others rented by Big Fish. We received detailed instructions on check in and what to do during our stay. Upon arrival, I communicated a leaky faucet to the rental company and they responded via email within minutes. The condo was clean but older and dingy. The water pressure was terrible and the temperature was hard to maintain. When guests in adjoining condos used their hot water the pipes rattled through the walls and woke us all up. On the last day of our stay I emailed the management company to let them know that the coffee maker had stopped working. We didn't damage it; I turned it on and it simply decided to not make coffee that morning. I wanted them to know so it could be fixed for the next guest. Two days later I received an email that my entire $150 security deposit was being kept because we "broke" the coffee maker. I have sent 3 emails to the management company asking for more details, and 2 messages via VRBO over the last 2 weeks. All have gone unanswered. I find it quite ridiculous that I am being charged for something I 1) did not "break", 2) notified them of - as I could have not said anything, 3) costs less than $40 to replace and 4) am not able to have a reasonable conversation with anyone about it. Supplies and equipment wear down and break over time, especially in a rental with multiple guests. Should you choose to stay here, I hope you are not another unlucky guest who has something stop working during your stay! ##### Amanda E.
