Third row multi-family home with a semi-private heated pool(size approximately 13' x 26', shared with Lefty's LegaSea Marsh) in Garden City Beach, SC. Lefty's LegaSea Ocean is a 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath duplex with covered porches, only a short walk to beach with great inlet and ocean views. Accommodating 10 with 1 king, 2 queens and 1 set of double bunks. No smoking or pets allowed. Can be rented as 8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths, accommodating 22 with Lefty's LegaSea Marsh.
