This fully updated property features a NEW couch, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, flat screen TV, lovely screen porch, wifi, cable TV, coffee pot, tea kettle, tiled master shower, and much more! Bedding accommodations: Bedroom 1: One King bed w/ private bathroom Bedroom 2: Two Twin beds w/ access to hall bathroom While staying at True Blue, guests have access to 4 pools & hot tubs (in season), dining, golf and within a five minute drive to the beach. Guests are also provided with a Huntington Beach State Park pass for use during their stay. Come enjoy a week, a few days or even 3 months in this super unit. Easy to access and a nice porch view of the golf course. Everything was as expected - a quiet stay with nearby grocery, dinning and activities. We used the Park Pass to enjoy the Huntington Beach State Park for beach access as well as additional activities in the park. Having a washer and dryer was also helpful. The entire property management company was great, and the check in/out process was fast and easy. The condo has great upgrades and is convenient to everywhere we needed to be. The park pass for Huntington Beach State Park also came in handy covering the entry fee to the park.
