The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, a coffee bar, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.  
  
Both bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, with a combination tub/shower in one and a walk-in shower in the master bath.

#### 40th Anniversary Celebration with the family 

The property was as listed with an exceptional view and a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay.

Property was just as described. Easy access location and beautiful view! Right on the beach which was supper convenient to lay our grandson down for a nap. Nice and quiet! Everything you could need was provided. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and extra blankets. Check-in and departure with no difficulties. King size mattress probably needs replaced. It was just extremely soft and we tend to like a firm mattress. Would give it a 10/10 and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect has everything you need. All I will say it's on top floor so stairs was pain. But over all I enjoyed the area.. the condo itself. If I decide to go back I will book again. Thanks Dawn.

Great location. Beautiful views. Condo looks just as pictured. Kitchen nicely stocked. Master bed mattress indents in middle. Roll in when sleeping. Would be nice to have a table on porch. Love having two bathrooms in a two bedroom condo.

All went very well and was easy. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, excellent beach access. We walked on the beach every morning. Not crowded. Walking up toward Little River is especially peaceful. The only thing that wasn't quite as pictured was the condensation within the panes of the sliding doors obscured the ocean view a bit. It's tough when those seals fail: no way to clean between the panes, and unfortunate location.

Dawn was great! She communicated very quickly every time I had a question. The condo was great. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any condo we have ever stayed in. Cooking meals for the family was no problem at all with all the pots, pans, and utensils that were provided. We really appreciated all the cleaning supplies that were there as well so we could keep the condo tidy during our stay. There were tons of towels available for use. Dawn even had hand soap and toilet paper provided in the bathrooms. My wife and I were so impressed with everything. The views were amazing and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would totally recommend staying with Dawn.

Long story short: We’re already talking about when we can make a return trip.I can’t say enough about this property. It starts with the host. Dawn provided us all the information we needed before booking, before check-in and was easy to reach during our stay. We loved our stay at Footprints in the Sand! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.Being on the top floor meant a few flights of stairs to climb, but the reward was a priceless balcony view we enjoyed morning and night.The location couldn’t be better - beach access is just steps away. The beach is family friendly and beautiful: wide at low tide, with plenty of room even at high tide. We enjoyed walking to nearby piers, surf fishing at sunrise and even caught a gorgeous sunset over the salt marsh just a couple blocks away. The highlight was finding a small shark’s tooth right on the sand!When we wanted a break from the waves, the well-kept pool on property was a great spot to relax. Parking was always ample and easy, and there are plenty of excellent food options within a short drive.We would absolutely stay here again!
