The central main floor common areas include a screened porch with rocking chairs and furnished covered deck overlooking the tidal canal teaming with red-winged blackbirds, herons and egrets. A vaulted ceiling with high transom windows brings abundant natural light indoors. On the main floor are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a beautifully updated kitchen, dining area, TV den, and game table nook. The stairs-free ground floor, with exterior access only, provides a wonderful setting for separate living quarters. This canal-side portion of the home has two bedrooms, a full bath, TV den, 4-top dining/game table, and kitchenette hutch with microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge and drip coffee maker. Jumbo sliding glass doors open onto a covered patio with lovely canal view. A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek. LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.
