You'll be within walking distance of the Cherry Grove pier and conveniently near the grocery, cafes and shops of Cherry Grove's main street - Sea Mountain Highway. RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE a sundeck and outdoor pool on the 4th level, and a common coin-op laundry facility. This condo is outdated, the carpet throughout is less than ideal especially being on the beach, all the appliances are old and noisy, using the hot water in the kitchen sink makes an annoying noise. The stove is about 40 years old. We couldn’t connect to the internet the entirety of the trip, maintenance did come promptly but they were unable to fix it and the management office had no interest in fixing it which made being able to get any work done impossible. The balcony design and being a corner unit allows for a feel of privacy. With the sliding doors and a large side window, allowed plenty of light, and another view. The condo is spacious for two people with an amply supplied kitchen. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!
