Sunsational Tara, also known as the ''White Pearl'' of Surfside Beach is the perfect vacation home for your family and friends. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home sleeps 16 and has a fresh look for 2025 with new paint and upgraded decor. Every bedroom has new mattresses, a flat screen TV, and a private restroom. This home is located across the street from the beach access, has covered porches on 1st and 2nd levels, a private pool, outdoor shower, industrial icemaker, and grilling area. This 2nd row Beach House is just steps to the pristine and family friendly sandy beaches of Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sunsational Tara has everything you need to make memories at the beach. The house has an open concept living area with large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, dining area, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, perfect for making your beach snacks or full meals! This beautiful home also boasts an industrial icemaker so you drinks will remain ice cold your whole vacation! Main Level: Kitchen, living space, dining area, & half restroom. Bedroom #1 - Full bed, twin bed and a twin trundle, private restroom Bedroom#2 - 1 Queen size bed, private restroom. 2nd level: 4 bedrooms, 4 restrooms and laundry room. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and parking for up to four average size vehicles. There is a ground level outdoor shower. Interaction with guests: Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes and the surrounding areas. We work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and are available to you 24/7 in the event of an emergency. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist! Other things to note: Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along. Pool is not heated. It’s just across the street from the ocean, which was perfect. Beds were comfy and the house had cute decor. Everything you need to cook with was in the kitchen. Positives include outdoor shower. Well stocked kitchen although it was difficult to locate a certain utensil because nothing other then silverware was organized. Bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus. They allowed us to check in a 1;00 instead of 4\. The wraparound porch and rockers were great. Negative: the floors were filthy. Made our feet black. There was so much dust under the master bedroom bed. The extra comforter was so soiled.(pictured). The rag rug in the kitchen was exactly that, a rag.(pictured)It was Thanksgiving. We cooked a turkey. The oven was filthy.(pictured) House was lacking amenities. Most VRBOs have pool table, porch swing, Beach chairs etc.The outdoor stairs had safety runners that were tearing away. On our first night one of the doors to a bedroom got locked and maintenance sent a representative within 1 hour to open door. While he was there, he addressed a couple of other small concerns in a friendly professional way. Washer was replaced while we were there which took care of the off-balance issue when items were washed. I made calls to property management a few other items and they were always able to answer my questions. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was priceless for my family of 16\. Because weather was so good and beach so close the 6 grandsons did not spend much time in the pool but when they did they enjoyed it. Not things flouting on top dirty but GREEN steps and dirty walls. Before I rented I called and was promised the pool would be cleaned! Bad part is we all wanted to jump in the pool after a four hour motorcycle ride in and couldn’t tell the next day due to Chemicals. Lastly upon checking In there were no sheets or towels despite paying for the linen package. However after contacting the manager who was very nice they brought them to the house. That and the pool located on the property make it very appealing. The problem we had was with the property management company. The property itself was not cleaned sufficiently when we arrived. This isn’t acceptable, especially because we had to pay for cleaning. So since our cleaning fee pays for the next family’s arrival, we should have been reimbursed for the cleaning fee, because the house was not sufficiently cleaned or our stay. The units are also stocked with linen, but our bed had sheets were too small and we had to wait 2 days to receive proper linen. In addition, the cable and Internet were not working due to a storm, we were told. But we weren’t informed until we called arrived and tried turning on the tv’s and had to call the property managers ourselves. And what made this so frustrating is that the property manager, Ms. E. said all houses in the area were without cable and we went without cable or Internet for several days. I checked with our neighbors who actually had working cable. When I questioned this with the property managers and asked to speak with the owner, she said that I could not and that would be considered harassment if I contacted the owner. I have never heard that before. My biggest complaint is that since we spent a large amount for1 week, we should have received much better accommodations. I shouldn’t have had to constantly call the property management office. We arrived on a Saturday and no one could provide assistance until Monday. Finally, upon checking out there is a check list that one must follow to avoid being fined. Things like cleaning the grill if not done, which wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Furniture placement, running the dishwasher, etc are all items to be done to avoid being fined. But we certainly weren’t on the receiving end of having all these things done for us and should have been. The property managers can and should do much better. Derrick and Karen ##### Derrick D. Great location, the beach and water were just lovely every day! We saw a HUGE rainbow, much to my grandchildrens' delight. Loved having a bathroom for every bedroom and the view from the porches was nice. I wished the house was a little cleaner when we arrived and the frying pans really need to be replaced. In addition the remote for the TV in the living room didn't work, even when replaced the battery. (The men weren't happy about that, lol) However, it was one of the most relaxing times in my life and to spend that with my family there was just perfect! Would highly recommend! ##### Laura I. The view from your verandas was spectacular. Awesome was the word that I most heard my kids say. p.s. everything worked except the can opener (neither one).
