This great oceanfront three-bedroom two bathroom condo in the Seawatch Resort is located convenient to both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach attractions. Located on the 9th floor of the South Tower, you won't want to miss a sunrise on the wrap around balcony with incredible views. You can't get any closer to the beach than this. Of course, with a set of amenities that includes seven pools and ten hot tubs, some guests may prefer not to stray far from home base. Up to 10 can be accommodated in this unit that has 2 king size beds, 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and living area has its own television. The full kitchen has it all including dishwasher and microwave, standard fridge, range, coffee pot, also equipped with ironing board, iron and hair dryer.. There’s also the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and Wi-Fi. We do NOT supply beach towels or beach chairs. There is a pack n play available. A long list of amenities that’s sure to please includes an indoor pool and two long lazy rivers. There’s a poolside tiki bar, the captain’s Cove Restaurant, game room, exercise facility and more. A short drive away is Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing with attractions like Alligator Adventure and The House Of Blues while minutes to the south are Legends in Concert, Wonderworks, Grand Prix Raceway and the many attractions of Broadway At The Beach. We always love staying at Vanessa's condo. The condo offers beautiful views and lots of amenities. The walk in shower upgrade in the MB is wonderful and offers a much easier alternative for my mom to navigate. Vanesa is very responsive to text messages and is accommodating as well. Kitchen is well stocked with all things. Thank you for a great "home" away from home. Thanks Vanessa! We will visit again aoon.

#### Family Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location is convenient to both Myrtle and North Myrtle. I honestly believe this unit has one of the best views on the property as you have clear views looking north and south. The property owner maintains great communication and all questions were answered promptly (not many questions since information was thorough up front). The unit is very clean and we noticed a few upgrades since our last stay (bathroom ceilings, wall decor and kitchen lighting). Overall, we love this place!

#### Amazing view of the Beach

I really enjoyed my stay in the condominium. I felt like I was at home with all the amenities in the condominium. I absolutely enjoy this condominium. I did not find any problems with this unit. There were some things that I would change about the pool areas. There were too many unsupervised children running around. The hot tubs were inodiated with kids. Also, unsupervised. The pools could have been maintained better. There was white scum in several pools. Used Band-Aids and wrappers from candy in other pools. Some of the hot tub's jets did not work. The drains were clogged and had Alge in them. The water around the drains was stagnant and slimy. I will say that the beach was maintained well, and the attendants were genuinely nice. If you address the issues in the pool area it could be a ten.

Vanessa's property is just the spot for beautiful views of the beach. Her property provided comfortable amenities and plenty of room for our family getaway of 9\. The views from the balcony were plentiful and provided our parents with a place to sit while watching their grandchildren play on the beach. Ample size kitchen with enough counter space to cook meals. She provides plenty of kitchen gadgets and appliances to meet your needs. She answered messages within a reasonable amount of time and provided solutions quickly. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you Vanessa!

The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Vanessa was super responsive and great to work with! I hope we can make a trip back to her condo someday soon! The resort itself was great for our family. Multiple pools and hot tubs. Activities for the kids going throughout the day. Make sure you take a trip to the activity center when you arrive to sign the kids up for many free activities that require registration. The beach was beautiful!! Overall it was a great family weekend! We all loved the place!

#### Family beach vacation.

We have stayed in Myrtle Beach for years at a number of different resorts. After staying at Sea Watch it is our favorite. This was our third year staying at Sea Watch and this unit was the best we have stayed in. This was a family vacation with my wife, daughter, her husband and our two grandgids. The unit was recently remodeled, well equipped and has an excellent location. The resort had plenty to do to keep the grandkids busy. I hope on our next family vacation we are able to get this unit again.

This is our second visit, and we are already planning for next year! We love staying here, the furnished homey feel, full kitchen, and balcony is the icing on the cake. #### Just as expected!

Our stay here was perfect! The condo is impeccably clean and very comfortable. I would request a rug at the front door to catch sand though - no matter how hard we tried not to bring it in on our feet, it still made it's way into the entire condo. Thankfully, vacuums are in the closet for daily clean up - for a neat freak such as myself! The resort is beautiful, with plenty of pools/hot tubs and the view from our balcony could not be beat! We ate breakfast and watched the sunrise over the ocean every single morning. The only issue we had was encountering less than friendly gate staff when we did not have a parking permit (because we couldn't initially locate it in the condo.) The owners were readily available and quick to respond when we had questions upon our arrival. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental to families vacationing in Myrtle Beach!

The property and location were. I was shocked to see the final cost was almost twice the advertised price after all the additional charges. It felt like I was buying a used car.

#### Oceanfront Condo

Really enjoyed our getaway to this oceanfront condo! Loved all the windows, views and sounds of the ocean. Felt like I was on the beach but without the sand. Having three bedrooms was perfect. We loved this property and area of Myrtle and would love to come back!

This was our first Vrbo purchase and I am impressed with the entire process. Vanessa, the owner has been extremely responsive for every query or request I had. #### Beautiful Condo for last minute trip :)

We stayed in South Tower 906 for a last minute getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic and provided the BEST view of watching the sunrise each morning. We loved the updates the keener has made and the condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were provided with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and other items to get us started. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra night. The owner was very responsive to questions through texts. The Seawatch Resort was great. We did stay there one other time two years ago and liked it a lot so that’s why we decided to come back. We only had two small complaints about the resort. Two of the hot tubs had a lot of sand in them and weren’t cleaned out during our stay and the security can be a little over the top with their rules but I am glad they do have security on site. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to return next year!

#### Beautiful condo, beautiful location

Beautifully decorated. Beachfront-the views from the living room and balcony were fantastic. A little tight as far as space-had to move some things around in the cabinets to allow space for food in the kitchen. Loved using the door code for entry-so easy! Property manager was the best: very helpful during the pandemic crisis with the uncertainty of whether or not we would even be able to go on vacation. Overall: great condo and a great time with my family!
