Yes, the resort has a policy that the person that holds the reservation must be at least 25. Is there a washer and dryer in the unit? There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but the building has an updated laundry room on the first floor. How do refunds work if there is a hurricane or other named storm? We allow a cancelation for nights for which there is an evacuation order in place with a full refund for those nights. Any other cancelations will be subject to our normal refund policy. We do not provide refunds based on forecasts as they are subject to change or any indicator other than an evacuation order. We stronly recommend trip insurance especially during hurricane season, and especially for guests who would like more flexibility in their ability to cancel in these situations. Are pools open year round? All indoor pools and hot tubs are open year round barring maintenance needs. Some outdoor pools on the resort are open year round while some outdoor pools and the lazy river close for the winter and reopen in the spring. Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? No way! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items. Is parking included? The resort will collect a parking fee of $10 per car per day. For longer stays a monthly fee can be paid instead. The monthly fee is $100 per month per car April through September, and it is $50 per month October through January. This fee is administered by and goes directly to the resort (not your host/ condo owner). This fee is collected at the time of your arrival at the gate or via the resort website and is payable by credit or debit card only. We had a 2 year old in our group and he loved all of the pools and the playground. So much to do at this resort! The building itself was under renovations so some spots blocked off but we couldn’t hear any construction from the condo and it didn’t interfere with the stay. The beach was not crowded at all and it was nice that there was a restaurant/bar by the beach and condo so we walked there every night and listened to karaoke or grabbed some food. It’s close enough to the piers but feels far enough away from touristy/busy areas. Overall great stay! ##### Taylor S. Any vacationers who book this vacation condo will benefit from both the unbelievable fully furnished condo and all of its available amenities plus having Nicole who reacts to any questions as your host. For our 47th wedding anniversary, we decided to get away and relax on an awesome warm beach location and this condo exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, the views from the balcony are breath-taking from the sunrises to the pleasurable and comforting evening views and sounds from the waves. There is plenty of great surrounding restaurants to eat at close by in addition to a wide variety of entertainment events. It had been 3 years since we've been to the beach, and I wanted a good view of the ocean. This property really had it! You can see the ocean from the den and the master bedroom as well as having access to the balcony from both. The location is great and easy to get in and out of. Everything went smoothly.
