To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.  
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

Upon arrival guests will have parking passes and pool bands that need to be returned at the end of their stay.
