  • Beautiful ocean views from this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 3rd floor of South Hampton, located in Kingston Resort. It has an open floor plan for coastal vibes relaxation. It features 2 private balconies offering picturesque views of the beach. Free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).



    ***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

    Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



    The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.



    Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Beach Vacation: Kingston Plantation, South Hampton

We really enjoyed our stay at 301 South Hampton in Kingston Plantation. The living room and both bedrooms have private balcony's to view the ocean all with comfortable Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We also enjoyed walking to dinner at the Black Drum, great food! Both bedrooms are large, the primary bath has a double vanity, separate shower and large jetted tub. It was too cool to enjoy the two ocean front pools but they looked very nice. Enjoyed getting up each morning to see the sun rise while walking the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again!
