Only short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, The Boardwalk (you can even walk there if you would like) and more Other Things to Note: All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you. In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. The only few complaints were the televisions were NOT on same system. Not even same type of remotes. The bedroom remote was a basic one with no variety of shows. The living room was excellent. The floors were filthy. And I mean filthy. My new white socks were literally black on bottoms after the first few hours of walking on floors. Could not walk barefoot at all. Dropped a few ice cubes on floor & the paper towel I wiped them up with was black. It was disgusting. I did contact the company & they offered to send someone the next day to Mio again, but we were already settled in & they would not have done a good job with out things sitting around. Same with TV. They wanted to send the maintenance guy from hotel to look at TV but that would not have done any good because it was clearly not the TV it was the cable system both TVs were on. Clearly 2 different systems. Samsung plus in living room & basic in bedroom. It was terrible in bedroom. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time, the unit was decorated very nicely. But the filthy floors & the TV, both were not very good for guests. ##### Helyne C. Having to clean your own towels for room for a longer stay. Only 4 towels we stayed 2 weeks. This was my first VRBO rental and I couldn’t ask for anything to be better. The room was very clean and spacious. I was able to take my two small dogs and make it home away from home.
