NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY; violators will be fined. The resort provides designated smoking areas. NO PETS ALLOWED; pets are NOT allowed. FIREARMS ARE NOT ALLOWED in any of our properties; any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are NOT permitted. Linens provided (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels) Daily cleaning service and daily linen service NOT provided. Departure cleaning included. Hair coloring/dyeing NOT allowed. It does stain linens, towels, and furniture and we want to avoid this. No disposing of oils or grease in sinks; please dispose of in the garbage. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. There is a $350 fine for any and each violation of the Sea Watch Resort rules that will be provided to you. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
