Important Notice: Balcony Railing Coating Project



The Balcony Railing Coating Project will be underway for approximately 6–8 weeks (weather permitting), with completion expected by mid to late January.



During this period, signage will be placed on sliding glass doors to inform guests when balcony work is taking place. Please remind guests not to touch the railings, as they will be in various stages of coating and drying.



Please note:



Balcony access will be restricted only while work is being performed on that specific stack.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stovetop, microwave oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Whether you’re cooking breakfast before a day in the sun or enjoying a quiet dinner with an ocean view, you’ll have all the essentials right at your fingertips. If you’re in the mood to explore, you’re in luck, Myrtle Beach is known for its endless dining options, many of which are just a short walk or drive away. Delivery is also widely available for nights when you’d rather stay in and enjoy the view.



Inside, you’ll find tile flooring throughout, two flat-screen TVs for your entertainment, and a stocked kitchen for added convenience.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also provided for your use as well.



Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.



Other Amenities and Entertainment: **PLEASE NOTE** Our guests do NOT have access to the on site waterpark or the movie theater. They do, however, have access to many other amenities such as:

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorcycles or pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
