The owners communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner and even left us a bunch of snacks! The property was exactly as described and there were lots of conveniences nearby. The only issue or more of a concern would be the Air Conditioning unit. Very loud with rumbling and vibrations shaking the area around the AC unit. We have stayed at the Royal Palms over 20 times and this is the first time we have experienced an AC unit this loud. ##### Brian D. There were snacks in the room which was appreciated. Overall good, however, on the first morning we were there the property manager requested the handyman come by to check on the toilet flush handle (which was working perfectly fine in our opinion). This made us feel very uncomfortable since we did not see any real reason for him to come in our room without our request. We were told that the prior renters had a problem with the toilet, but if they did I am not sure why this wasn’t handled during their stay or in between theirs and our stay. Anyways, we ended up bringing our valuables with us when we went out as we were nervous to leave them in the room with a stranger coming in. You might want to consider putting some paper plates and plastic forks/knives in the room. Also, the AC is super loud. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the balcony view was beautiful. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. ##### Katie F.
