Summary:  
This renovated condo is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! It is a highly desired area that continues to bring repeat visitors every year. The complex is located on the River Oaks and is just a few minutes away from several incredible golf courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Both, golf and beach lovers, will enjoy spending their vacation in this updated condo. Just a few miles away from our beautiful beaches, this unit will not disappoint.   
  
Minimum booking age: 21  
  
The Space:  
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded areas!  
  
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.  
  
Entry: 2nd floor unit. \*Stairs required\* Self check-in with keypad.   
  
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.  
  
Family room: Access to balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper sofa.   
  
Bedroom 1: King bed!  
  
Bathroom 1: Full bathroom.  
  
Balcony: Peaceful spot!   
  
Pool/Hot Tub: There is a community pool in the complex. Operation hours are subject to HOA determination.   
  
Golf clubhouse: River Oaks Golf Clubhouse & World Tour are both nearby - start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).  
  
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.   
  
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.  
  
Guest Access:  
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (HOA schedule).  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.   
  
✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5.2 miles  
🏦 Coastal Grand Mall is about 2.7 miles  
🏦 Broadway At The Beach is about 3.9 miles  
⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 2.9 miles  
  
Getting Around:  
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking spots for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, tennis courts, parking lots, grounds, etc.  
  
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.  
  
The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.   
  
There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.   
  
Routine Pest Control happens monthly. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:  
1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.  
  
2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.  
  
This property is hosted by Myrtle Beach Destinations, a local vacation rental management company dedicated to providing high-quality stays and exceptional hospitality.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We like to give our guests space, but will be available through the booking platform should you need us.
