When unpacking it’s a small wrap around area where parking is limited on time and spots so this makes you feel a little rushed. Actual parking is right across the street and plentiful. We didn’t see parking passes so we used the other recommendations to just write out the info and sit in window and this sufficed. However initial dies make you worry if it will be official enough and get towed. When traveling that’s the last thing you want to be concerned about.As for as the room. The price for the condo was extremely high for what you are paying for. The hot tub did not work and the pool had condoms in it. Only one elevator worked and the smell in the hallways reminded me of an outdoor gas station bathroom. I am surprised they have not demolished the whole building. View was superb. Capped by dolphin views this morning for a good hour. First time to see dolphins in Myrtle Beach. We stayed in the heart of things to keep a precocious 4 yr old and adventurous 8 yr old entertained. If you want action this is the place to stay. Sorry to report the pool area was dirty. No shower. Defective hot tub no floats for lazy river. Most features needed work. Still fun but could have been better maintained. Only saw one employee the entire time. When we entered the room, we did a walk through. We took pictures and videos of the damages of the room and sent them to the property manager/owners! The room is not worth the price! Not only that you are responsible for cleaning the room! We did EVERYTHING that was asked and these crooks still kept our deposit! I tried to contact these people multiple times concerning my deposit and they would not get back to me! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! ##### Angela W. May 23, 2024 Disliked: Check-in #### Misleading/Communication Issues Check in process was a nightmare, Big Fish Realtor demanded identity verification that would put one at risk of a breach. I tried several times to work with someone to verify I was the person booking and was unsuccessful. Finally the Host called back and sent a maintenance worker to my room at 11:30pm to verify who is was. I will never rent a property listed with Big Fish. Now the room, deceiving - in serious need of paint, the floor had so much sand when we arrived, no carpet in the living room space and the laminate on the cabinet was damaged and peeling off. Big Fish Realty threatened to charge fees/penalties for damages so I suggest taking pictures to protect yourself. ##### SAMUEL D.
