Modern Feel and Perfect Location with Hot Tubs Onsite!\*\* Welcome to our ultra-modern beachfront condo, which is truly stunning! Located directly on the beach at North Myrtle Beach, this remodeled unit features all the modern conveniences. Enjoy a Samsung 40" TV in the kitchen and a Samsung 48" LED TV in the bedroom. The kitchen boasts a full-sized induction cooktop, a full-sized GE stainless refrigerator (with refrigeration on the top and freezer on the bottom), and modern faucets with vessel sinks in the bathroom. Our eco-friendly countertops are made of recycled glass, complemented by a glass subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. Experience your beach paradise with ocean views from almost any spot in the condo! Our one-bedroom, oceanfront condo on the 10th floor was renovated in 2021 and includes a new kitchen, new wood plank tile throughout, contemporary furnishings, rugs, décor, custom window treatments, pillows, and new linens. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, featuring one bedroom with two queen beds, one bathroom, and a separate living area with a sofa bed that is open to the kitchen. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with new everything: cabinets, glass countertops, a glass tile backsplash, a cooktop, and stainless steel appliances. It is also stocked with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The living area includes a dining table with four chairs, a sofa that pulls out into a bed, and an accent chair, all while offering a view of the ocean and the new wall-mounted 40" Samsung 4K TV. From the living area, walk out to the balcony overlooking the tropical resort pool deck and the ocean—our favorite spot for morning tea or coffee while inhaling the salt air! In the bedroom, you will find a wall-mounted 42" LG LED TV along with two queen beds, each dressed in new bedding and pillows. The bathroom has a double vanity with an eco-friendly glass countertop and new bath towels. We also own three other fully renovated condos in the same building (VRBO #663935, 663936, 634157). Beach Cove is the perfect base for everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Numerous restaurants and attractions are within walking distance, such as Barefoot Landing, the House of Blues, and the Alabama Theater—just across the street. Beach Cove is situated at the southernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach, making both central Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach activities easily accessible with a quick drive. Stay at the resort and enjoy a wealth of amenities, including an outdoor tropical oasis with three outdoor heated pools (two heated seasonally and one year-round), three outdoor whirlpool hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a lazy river, shuffleboard, and a poolside tiki bar serving food and drinks. We have designed this condo to be comfortable and equipped with numerous amenities you would expect from a beachfront retreat. This modern one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo sleeps six, featuring two beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. With a modern cooktop (induction) and stainless GE microwave for entertaining, along with modern TVs to watch your favorite shows, Beach Cove is ideally located near everything you want to explore. Positioned on the 10th floor, you can enjoy breathtaking beachfront views from both the balcony and the living area. Relax by the many heated outdoor pools, float in the lazy river, engage in shuffleboard, or enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the outdoor tiki bar. Take time to relax by the pools, savor the views, breathe in the salty air while strolling on the beach, and enjoy evenings on the balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean—there is so much to do! This was my 1st visit to N Myrtle Beach & I fell in love with the area & this Beach Cove condo! It will certainly be on my calendar every year! The unit is beautiful & the view is amazing! May 30, 2015 #### Last Minute and Very classy Resort We were able to book and check in to the rental within the hour after booking another rental months in advance from another resort/company, which did not work out. Julie was great and got us where we needed to go. Quickly responded and We loved the resort. It was classy, clean, good clientele, always a rep at the front desk, and always security around. I do recommend the bar at the pool, the bartender is very nice, attentive, and aware. We couldn’ t get it to work even after watching Youtube videos about the exact stove top. The water for the kitchen sink would not get warm/ hot for washing dishes. The bathtub was very slippery. The pools at Beach Cove were great. The property over all is dated and shows the years of love and adventures, however, the staff is nice, they had good security, excellent beach access, and good parking. We would stay again. We did not love the messaging from Big Fish Rentals with so much “YOU WILL BE CHARGED” especially when the unit had chipped paint, missing backsplash, and wasn’t clean upon arrival. BFR was quick to respond to messages (although never with apologies for the state we found the unit). I think when I was booking, I focused too much on that. I’m upset with myself because I didn’t do my due diligence. When we first arrived we were very excited to be there until we started noticing issues. To start with there was about a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and that was it. No paper towels at all. I called and was told it was in the contract that those weren’t supplied. My bad for not reading it closely. The WiFi sucked! We had to use unsecured WiFi which provided barely any coverage. When I called Big Fish Rentals about this, Julie said she never had any complaints about the WiFi yet if you read through the reviews, clearly that wasn’t true. We were told that the HOA (yeah, right!) probably needed to reset. When we went to the front desk about this they told us they couldn’t help us because we didn’t book directly through them. Had I known this was also a hotel, I would have done just that. Because we booked through VRBO, we were treated like second class citizens. We couldn’t use the gym because we didn’t book directly. Had we booked directly, we would have paid less for the room without having to pay $85 for a cleaning fee or had to wait up to 30 days for the return of our $150 deposit. In accordance with the check-out threats, we left the room immaculate (I have pictures)...what exactly costs $85 dollars? Changing sheets and towels?! Ridiculous! There are 4 plastic chairs on the balcony. Two of them were filthy, I wouldn’t hang my wet bathing suit over, let alone sit in. There was no hot water in the kitchen (saw someone mentioned this 2 years ago in their review). It’s nice that some beach accessories were available though I couldn’t hang dresses in the closet because these (sandy) items seem to be just thrown into the closet. The whole building is just old. Elevators broke down at least twice in 4 days. There is only 1 working faucet (out of 5 I saw) to clean sand off your feet. The whole building could use a major facelift! Hauled all bags, groceries, beach items, etc up to 7th floor. We should have been notified of this as well as many services not up to par at the resort. Chair in living room is dirty. Found standing water under kitchen table. Multiple repairs needed (slat in blinds, table damaged, trim/molding banged up. Little communication regarding resolving the issues. I used to be an avid traveler, but work has been so busy that I haven't taken a trip in years. We booked this property and upon arrival, we were very happy. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and the location is great. After we got settled, we went to get dinner. We put our food on the counter, turned around to get plates, and then found our food literally COVERED IN ROACHES!!! They were everywhere. I called the property management company (this is owned by Big Fish Rentals, not an individual named Julie) and they couldn't have cared less. They refused to move us to another property, as did VRBO. Exterminators came the next day, but that really didn't do anything. We bought cans of Raid and spent the majority of our time in the condo killing roaches. Then our air conditioning stopped working. The room was extremely hot and again, they couldn't have cared less. They said we would have to pay to have someone come out because they knew their air was working. Obviously it was not. We fought for about 3 hours, at which point Alex told me I was unstable. I saw on several of their BBB reviews that as soon as you call them out for being a horrible rental company, they start insulting you. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else. I promise you - you can find much, much better places and rent from much, much nicer people. This wasn't worth it after all of the grief we had to deal with. ##### Jessica J. We unfortunately were instead greeted by roaches 😣 The rental company was notified and they did send out pest control to spray the following day, but simply is not an immediate fix. They weren’t able to use anything stronger while tenants were present. I spent every night of our stay killing roaches, it was gross and uncomfortable to have them around. After spending as much money as we did, including all the cleaning fees we definitely expected better. The furniture could also use a cleaning/ shampoo- they were pretty dirty. Location wise, it was great. Right on the beach, pools on the premises and close to restaurants and shopping centers. So if you don’t mind the extra guests/pests it may be perfect for you.
