Let us exceed your expectations while you treat yourself to luxury in our beautiful 8th floor residence in one of Myrtle Beach's premier resorts completed in 2008.  
  
The Horizon Resort is an upscale property with four levels of covered parking, security, 24/7 lobby, elevators, climate controlled corridors, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs as well as an indoor kiddie pool, lazy river and exercise room. It's a great place to spend a few nights or a few weeks as well as snowbird during the winter. Enjoy a relaxing vacation without the crowds; only 143 residences spread over nine levels. Most of the residences are primary or secondary homes and only a number are actively rented.  
  
We are located at the north end of the city of Myrtle Beach on Ocean Blvd at 77th Ave North. This is a quiet and tranquil location away from the crowds about four miles north of the busy downtown section of Myrtle Beach. Our location is a mix of residential properties set among ancient oak trees and a few other condominium buildings. An excellent location if you enjoy early morning walks on the ocean or strolling down the sidewalk thru the residential areas. We are centrally located for all the great shopping, dining and attractions. If you are a golfer, WaterWay Hills, Arcadian Shores, Myrtle Wood and Pine Lakes are all within ten minutes.  
  
Granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathroom, ceramic tile and carpet, wall mount flat panel TV's, surround sound system in living room, free wireless internet and etc..  
  
Numeric key pad on the entry door eliminates registering/checking in allowing you to go directly to your 'home at the beach'. All of our guests love this feature!  
  
This is one of only a few of the one bedroom units at The Horizon with windows in the bedroom and dining room along with only one of a few that overlook the outdoor lounge area providing an open feeling along with abundant natural lighting.  
  
There is a king size bed in the private bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware and small appliances let you choose whether to eat in or go out.  
  
There is also a washer/dryer 'in the unit' for your use. Everything you need is awaiting except food. Numerous restaurants as well as groceries are within a 2-3 minute drive.  
  
Did we mention that the view from the balcony of this 8th floor (plus 4 parking levels) unit is awesome.  
  
This unit receives a lot of TLC as the owners personally manage the rentals and spend a considerable amount of time at Myrtle Beach.  
  
The unit will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The beds will have clean linens and the bathroom stocked with clean towels, etc..  
  
Enjoy all the activities Myrtle Beach has to Dolly Parton's new 'Pirates Voyage' to the new Downtown Boardwalk and Skywheel, to the more than 100 golf courses, 2000 restaurants, spectacular live shows, water parks, home to the minor league baseball team Pelicans, thousands of stores, nightlife, sports events, art shows, concerts, festivals, world-class sculpture gardens, quaint fishing villages and 60 miles of beautiful beaches. You won’t have to venture far to find them. Within 8 miles you can find Entertainment (IMAX Theatre, SC Children’s Museum, Broadway on the Beach, Dolly Parton's Dinner Theaters,Palace Theatre, MagiQuest, NASCAR Speedpark, Ripley’s Aquarium, Myrtle Waves, Cal Ripken Complex), Shopping (Golf Dimensions Superstore, Tanger’s Outlet, Broadway on the Beach, (dozens of shops from discount to upscale). When you discover this section of Myrtle Beach you, like many vacationers, will want to return year after year.
