Open space with a balcony and golf course view. \*Ground floor \*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! \*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. \*Condo sleeps up to 6 guests. \*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details. The Space: \*2 bedrooms, 2 baths , Very spacious condo. \*1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. \*Washer and dryer available in the unit. \*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. \*Dining area open to living room. \*Large balcony with beautiful golf course view. \*Sheets and linens provided. \*Free WiFi and cable TV available. \*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. \*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. \*Towels are provided for showers only. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course. Getting Around: Car, taxi, Uber Easy access to 17 Bypass Highway and 17 Business Highway , easy access to all main attractions, to the beach, to the mall , to Broadway at the Beach and the airport. you can reach the beach going down on any Avenue. Other Things to Note: \*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed. \*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay. \*Please review my house rules. \*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. We washed the sheets, towels, that we used and left them on the beds when we left. The floors were swept and trash was removed. I did not want to leave the home messy. The area, I felt very safe and people were walking their pets with ease. It was quiet at night and we were able to park our car at the front door of the condo. I really enjoyed being on the first floor and not having to use the stairs. Our chihuahua was welcome and we felt safe leaving her for short periods of time. She did not make any mess and since she is on heart meds, it made our visit much better. The condo was like being at home away from home. Everything was just as described. I loved the porch looking into the golf course. It was very peaceful in the morning hours. Had to buy a blanket due to there was no extra ones. Also bought laundry soap. Overall it was a great vacation and will definitely go back.
