Located at the Sea Mark Tower, your pristine condo features three en-suite bedrooms - all with flat-screen TVs. Walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoy a crisp beverage or alfresco meal on the private balcony with inlet views. Or head to the on-site pool and hot tub. LIVING AREA Detailed with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase views of the inlet, the sunny and spacious living area provides ample seating and a 48” smart TV for movie nights. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delectable dishes in the recently upgraded kitchen, appointed with ample cookware, handy gadgets including a Keurig machine, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A breakfast nook accommodates four. An additional six-person table offers an inviting spot to enjoy dinner with inlet views. BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The tranquil master suite has a comfy king-size bed, 48” flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 32” flat-screen TV, while the en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Spend relaxing evenings on the private balcony, which offers views of the inlet, pool, and Gulf. A table seats four to alfresco meals. Watch for stately egrets and herons that reside in the marsh. Also enjoy fun-filled days lounging by the hot tub (open year round) and the unheated pool (closed from October 1st - April 1st). It is an easy 1 block walk to the beach. This unit has views of creek near the building and a nice balcony facing the beach. 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 adjoining bathrooms. Full sized washer, dryer and fridge. Parking is a premium in the area and the on site security does check for tags. A/C worked well. We enjoyed it! ##### Greg V. Other than the couch and mattresses needing upgrading, the condo was very comfortable. Only other complaint was only one grill for \~72 condos. Within walking distance of the beach. The condo could not have been more perfect for our family and it had everything we needed and more to make our three-generation family getaway a success. The space was beautifully decorated, super clean, and centrally located to all of the attractions we wanted to visit while we were in Myrtle Beach. The only complaint (and it is a very minor one) is that the king bed mattress in the bedroom by the entrance was very firm, painfully so. But a memory foam mattress topper that we ordered and had delivered from Amazon solved that for us for the rest of the week. Perhaps the owners might be able to invest in a king size pad to fix that for future guests too. 🙂 Overall though the condo exceeded our expectations. We would definitely look to stay here again for a future trip back to Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! ##### AMANDA M.
