The house is on a part of the beach which has mostly private residences so the beach was never crowded. The beach is a short walk from the house. The main room of the house was attractive and comfortable with three sofas to sit and visit with family or friends. The space behind the house is perfect for sitting in the sun or shade and watching the ocean. There is a pool and hot tub to enjoy with many pool toys and floats. There was an abundance of chairs for the deck or beach. The host contacted us and made sure we knew he was available if we had any problems. He was very helpful. We will be back. ##### Sarah H. We loved sitting on the back porch drinking our coffee watching the ocean. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and eager to help in any way possible. The space was large enough to accommodate 20+ people on the day of the celebration. There were plenty of things for visitors to do while there: pool, ocean, cornhole, ping pong, and shuffle-board. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our group. There are 4 upstairs bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. There isn't a stand-alone upstairs bathroom. The communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and handled the few issues that arose. Overall, a great location that enhanced the experience of the anniversary/reunion. ##### James S. Everyone had a place to sleep, we had room for 7 cars to park out front. A refrigerator for food and one for drinks. Kitchen was nicely stocked but take a sharp knife and cutting board if you need to prepare meals. The outside was perfect and being able to walk right on to the beach was well worth it! There were a few issues but nothing that interfered with our trip. The host was quick to answer messages and when I called, someone actually answered the phone.
