This unit had received comments about needing tender loving care. No true statement. Nice size/space but furnace filter packed with dirt/grime, ceiling fan unusable due to caked dirt on blades, A/C stopped because water drain clogged and had to call maintenance, the rugs in bedrooms were stained and GROSS. Since COVID you would think this would not be ignored. Sliders are difficult to open/close and much more. Having to pick up/drop off keys at office is so old school. Push-button entries are the way to go. Will stay again at this high rise but will need to pass on unit 505 due to these issues. It has the potential of being so great . ##### Kimberly S. Mildew in grout as normal. I bleached them my second day and they cleaned up pretty easy. Carpets in this unit are past due for a cleaning. Laminate flooring in the living area is a much better flooring. However, 30 minutes in bare feet and and my feet were black on bottom. I cleaned the hard surface flooring in hallway, kitchen and living area and wore socks rest of the week. Balcony seems to be recently recoated on the floor surface and is very nice. For example door handle to the balcony was broken and the “1” on the microwave doesn’t work. The biggest complaint about the location was one of the two elevators was out of service and especially with social distancing this was a huge pain.
