Check out this 3rd floor, ocean view condo at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach. This ocean view 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 2 full beds, a sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests. This unique layout offers a luxuriously open living space just for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features a spacious floor plan that doesn't feel cramped! Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy a stunning side view of the Atlantic! As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely renovated and features some truly breathtaking updates. We couldn't be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and white oak vintage waterproof vinyl was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed. The entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors! Guests will enjoy the LED fireplace and new flat screen smart TV that sits directly above. Two brand new full size bed frames, and headboard were installed along with new mattresses. A new large sleeper sofa was installed, along with a new dresser, bar stools, and artwork. Everything in this condo is practically brand new! Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sofa, by the fire. Guests will also enjoy access to the private ocean view balcony furnished with brand new chairs to relax and enjoy the sunset. No expense was spared during this renovation. Out with the old in with the new! The kitchen is located right off the main living space and has been completely renovated to showcase a much more modern look. This space features all new gray cabinets, new quartz countertops, a new kitchen island with bar stools, new stainless steel fridge, cook top, microwave, coffee maker, and large split sink. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. Although guests can't get coffee in the lobby they will have everything they need right in their room to get both hot and ice coffee if desired! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. In addition, a Wal Mart recently opened just a couple blocks away from the Landmark. Guests can conveniently stock the cabinets and fridge with food and snacks. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features new sit down vanity with new quartz countertops, large mirror, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The full length mirror, stool, counter area are located just outside the bathroom which makes the perfect spot to get ready and frees up the bathroom space for others. The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi, as well as free parking. The Landmark is known for it's many pool amenity options. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The Landmark resort is in close proximity to Myrtle Beach's most loved attractions, including Family Kingdom (.8 mi), The Boardwalk & Promenade (1 mi), Broadway at the Beach (4 mi) and only 2 miles from the Airport! As soon as we walked into the hotel there was a foul smell in the hallways. As we got closer to our room we noticed that the vents were all covered with a thick dust. We arrived to our room the code to get in worked fine. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing that was advertised in The pictures in VRBO was correct. The living room furniture was grossly stained and outdated. The floors still hand sand on them. The Murphy bed didn’t work properly, we opened it up just to see what it was like and let me tell you that the cover on the Murphy bed was stained with like old blood droplets and god knows whatever else. None of the outlets in the room had covers they were just exposed and I’m glad that I did not bring any small toddlers because they would have gotten electrocuted. To further investigate the room we pulled back the covers to the beds lord Jesus there was hair and more dried blood droplets on the sheets. Made me think that there was bed bugs. My son has a immuno compromised system and my nephew has asthma there was no way in hell we were gonna stay there. I contacted someone through text on VRBO and they were not much help all they gave me was a number to call and I did that but no one answered. I paid a lot of money so that we could celebrate my nephews birthday but it was all ruined. We drove over 4hrs there and in the same day over 4hrs back. His birthday was ruined and disaster. We never stayed because to try to get a room just for a night anywhere in Myrtle beach was from 200-300 dollars. Whoever you all are paying to upkeep this property please please get rid of them. It smelt bad the furniture is busted and old. we got eaten by what we assumed were bed bugs but can’t otherwise confirm that. There was a box of random Christmas decorations in the closet…??
