Balcony views as far east as you can see with entrance to balcony also from the Master bedroom. Living area includes plenty of seating along with a dining area for six. There is a TV in each bedroom and the Master comes with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom offers a double and a twin bed. The Master has its own private bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(6 towels,3 hand towels,4 washcloths and kitchen towels):Bar soap ,hand soap supplied along with trash bags ,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances. Something about our building Arcadian II We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront. The Tennis Court is available most of the time but if not you can reserve it. Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out. Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes. This condo is absolutely everything the description says. It's is beautiful, spacious,and the view off the balcony is gorgeous. Love having morning coffee on the balcony each morning. You can see beach and the ocean for miles, either way you look. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The pool is very clean with plenty of lounges. Exceeds expectations every year. Only complaint is the main gate to the beach is locked at 10pm until 7-8am. At least for this year last year we stayed and this never happened. Our group does late night beach strolls and sunrises. There is access to the beach still just not as convenient. Absolutely recommend this condo 5 starts all day long ##### Steph U. It is just a few steps from the beach with beautiful oceanfront views. The beach wasn’t terribly crowded and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again. ##### Donna S. It had easy access for my elderly parents. We had not been to Myrtle Beach in years, and this area was much nicer than we had expected. The area has mostly retired individually. We cook in often. There is plenty of dishes. However, having some plastic cups, potholders, and mixing bowls would be beneficial if using the kitchen. If you are not aware, you can only use round umbrellas on the beach. We had brought a Shibumi Shade that we could not use, so be prepared. Our week was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning and returning there each night to relax to the sound of the ocean. We were on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. The weather cooperated the entire time. Most days we had the pool all to ourselves. It is ocean front and the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the condo is well equipped. The location, condo & view was everything we wanted. The only complaint I do have is there is a bug problem. The first 3 nights there was something that looked like a large (about an inch in size) black beetle of some sort that would appear at night on the pillow in the full size bed that my daughter would sleep in.
