We did not feel the deeper cleaning like linens/beds would be sanitary after the surface level cleaning was done so poorly. Customer service for the unit was not very helpful, though they did refund our cleaning fee. We did NOT stay at the unit, despite not being able to get a refund. We ended up paying for a hotel room for our trip on top of the money we had already spent on this rental. ##### Faith B. Didn't know it was going to be bike week. Lights were out above both bathroom sinks, master bedroom was smaller than normal, could barely walk between end of bed and dresser. Piece fell out of slow close commode lid, tried to stick it back in but wouldn't stay. Would be nicer with just 3 people but 4 was a little to crowed for it.
