The BOARDWALK BEACH RESORT is where you want to be! On the ocean in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, we are close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, Convention Center and many dining and shopping venues.

This family fun resort offers many amenities including 250 ft of lazy river, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, outdoor oceanfront pool, oceanfront lawn with free chairs and umbrellas, shuffleboard, sauna, guest laundry, elevators, free parking and parking deck, internet service and only steps to over 700 feet of beautiful white sandy beach!

The condo is equipped with a full-size stove/oven and fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There are (2) comfortable QUEEN-SIZE beds in the bedroom. The Oceanfront living room with its queen-size sleeper sofa and Murphy bed has a separate door which locks and can be used as a second bedroom. TVs with remotes are provided in both rooms. Guest laundry is available on the premises.

The bathroom comes with a jetted tub that is a whole lot of fun for kids of all ages. The oceanfront balcony overlooks the pool area and provides comfortable seating to enjoy eating your breakfast as you look out to the Atlantic Ocean.

Ready for some fun in the sun? Take a dip in one of the refreshing pools or unwind on the beautiful, spacious beach just footsteps from your room. Want to chill out? Oceanfront lawn, dotted with umbrellas, tables, chairs and recliners, is the perfect spot for sharing a picnic, playing a game of cards, or just nodding off to the sounds of the sea...

Great location, needs many updates

The location is great, located on Ocean ave next to beach. You can walk from the beach all the way to the boardwalk less than 2 miles to see all the shops, restaurants, activities. Not a quiet place if that is something you are looking for. Also, no high security when it comes to usage of the pool. It seemed as public also used the pool. As far as the condo, it needed updates to fix plumbing issue, updates on kitchen countertops and cabinets, bathroom, bedroom, floors, dishes in the kitchen, refrigerator is rusted outside. Raj has a good customer service, and he will work with you to have a relax vacation.

We had a great time.

Everything was top notch. The location was perfect. The beach access was great. The unit was spacious and just right. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was VERY cold. It was amazing to have an ice machine right outside the door which was always full. The resort staff does a good job of cleaning the pools and common areas every day. Bring your own chairs and umbrella or you can rent them on the beach. The unit does not have any workable ones. There are beach mats and skim boards. I congratulate Daniel for a fine vacation property.

It was a great stay. Nothing fancy but it was what we were looking for. The view from the balcony was just as it showed. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view when we was at the condo. Don't think we turned the TV on once. I would recommend it if your not looking for anything fancy. We would stay again.

Loved it!!! The two grandkids fell in love with the ocean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Everything went great while we were there. Only thing I would suggest is to update the fridge and stove. I would definitely go back again. Already miss the ocean.

Perfect location and condo for our first family vacation :)

As this was the first vacation with our son where we were taking a plane and wouldn't have the ease of having our car, we were hesitant on where to stay. The owner was great at answering all of my (many) questions. The location turned out perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk and many activities/restaurants. The condo itself worked great for us because it not only had a full sized refrigerator (we ordered Instacart for the week) but it also had two rooms. This allowed us to put little man to sleep at his normal time but still be able to hang out in the other room. We plan to keep coming back yearly...we LOVED it and you can't beat the view!

We enjoyed our weekend very much! Close to anything you could ask for.....beach, shops, restaurants, etc. . Clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. My husband even caught fish while fishing from the beach. Thanks for a great trip!

Very impressed by this room and all it had to offer.

I booked the last week in September and it was a great time of year for a well needed vacation. Owner offers great customer service. The room was very clean and everything was neat and tidy. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Bathroom was nice with a jacuzzi tub. Room offers beach chairs and kid water boards, sand bucket etc. I liked having a mop, broom vacuum so I could keep the room cleaned throughout the week. Great Sun rise in the am, and beautiful sun set in the afternoons. The pool areas were always cleaned and in order-lazy river too. Ice machines full at all times. Someone always around to answer questions as they worked. Staff very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Visit Peaches Corner and have a great hot dog with there homemade chilli- they've been there for years. Have a great stay.

Great Location on a beautiful beach

The property was everything we were hoping for an expected. The location was right on the beach (as you can tell by the pictures, there is a private lawn in between that can be used by the guests who don't like sand). Because it is on the 4th floor (there is a floor 1 in addition to the ground floor), it was high enough to see over the palm trees but low enough to see the people on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. As other reviewers have stated, this is a full suite, so as you walk in there is a bedroom with two double baths, a kitchen/bathroom area and then another room with a couch and a hide-a-bed that pulls down from the wall. So, several people could stay here. In addition, a cooler, umbrella, beach mats and body boards are all in the room for use. The location is close to many restaurants, but a bit of a hike to a grocery store. If you aren't renting a car, plan on a cab (we used the local dollar store for coffee and snacks). From the airport, the location is a $12 Uber ride, so we found it much more cost effective to use an Uber and save on the rental car. If you drive in, a parking pass is provided. There are also pool passes (wrist bands), but we found they never checked for those. Overall, a great value and an inexpensive way to stay on the beach in Myrtle Beach.

Perfectly accomidating!

I suggest any and everyone to stay here! Daniel could not have been more helpful if he tried. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Very clean and a beautiful view!!

Great communication with Mr. Raj. The unit itself could use some updating but for the most part, it was good value. Only issue we had was that the linens in the bedroom smelled dirty. The owner coordinated to fix, but they just dropped clean linens for us to replace. Not a huge deal, but an issue nonetheless. Would definitely stay again.

Property was clean and had plenty of towels and linens, but needs some updates. Wall paper was coming off wall in about 3 spots. There was an umbrella and one beach chair there as well as a cooler. Those were a nice surprise because the city of Myrtle Beach charges $40/day to rent the big umbrella and two beach chairs that are set up by the life guard.

Things can't always be perfect

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed a few things (broken lamp which never was fixed but no big deal, ac not working, piece of wallpaper torn). The owners were very quick with a response and the get the ac fixed right away. The next day when we went to shower the bath tub and shower curtains were very gross we spent half the day just cleaning. Other than that everything was good. The view was wonderful and we were close to everything (walking distance). My 4yr old son was so excited to see dolphins in the mornings and rainbows over the ocean.

Great view, great location. Easy beach access.

This condo was a bit below my expectations. The washer and dryer is not even in the same building. It is located in the building over from the until. The stove was in bad shape. The 2 right eyes didn't even work and the eye covers didn't even fit righ.There were only 2 towels in the kitchen, no was clothes in bathroom , we had to buy some.Also,the lamp in the living area is broken, dangling down actually. However, on a positive note, the owner was very accesible for questions, the condo was clean and the beds that we used were very comfortable. I would only consider staying in this unit again if some upgrades and repairs took place. Overall, not the Hilton but better than Motel 6. ⛤⛤⛤

Older, but well kept...enjoyed!

Last-minute vaca and this unit was open on the exact dates! Daniel was quick in response and reservation was easy. This is an older resort, but in the center of things. No problem with parking and getting into the condo...nicely furnished, although not new. The view was dead on and I spent every evening out on our balcony enjoying the view, the sea breeze, and the overall quiet. Unit has two double beds in the front entry room and a murphy bed in the oceanfront room where I chose to sleep to enjoy the sea views while drinking my coffee in the morning. Kitchen comes equipped...even a bottle of vodka on top of the fridge (obviously from previous renters!)...all the basic kitchen equip you'll need. Would rent this unit again...soo relaxing!!
