Usually beach units get a little musty smell but this one was great. Unit owners were responsive and provided all kinds of instructions reminders etc via text. The only thing that was above par was there was no seating provided for the balcony so if you didn't have your own chair you would have to stand..no sitting having a cup of coffee and watching the ocean. Inside there was a table and two decorative chairs really not comfortable for sitting. I don't like to lay in bed all the time so would've enjoyed a more comfortable area for eating using laptop etc. But overall I would recommend ##### sheila e. Walking in the pain had multiple blemishes the floor was not clean and popped as you walked over it. Beds were not attached to the headboards mattresses literally had a hole/depression in it. Linens were stained and dirty looking. Bathroom door had what looked like water damage and did not close all the way. Shower diverter didn’t work/was rusted in place. The suitcase rack was moldy. Multiple times throughout our stay at all hours of the night the neighbor attempted to come through the adjoining door. Not a good stay just a shell of a place and definitely not what I expected from the pictures. I would not stay here again if you paid me to. ##### Michael L.
