The resort is next to the camp ground which you don't see and was not an issue. The condo was very nice, clean and updated. The view qas great! The down side - the king size bed springs creaked. And my son could not use the sleeper sofa. The mattress was stained and you could feel the springs in the thin mattress which was very disappointing.
