Welcome to your relaxing retreat! This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and is conveniently situated right by the ocean!

Here you may find a cozy and inviting living room with a TV, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a private balcony to unwind.

You’ll be close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park and the Convention Center. This condo is ideal for a romantic getaway for two, an adventure trip for a family or a small gathering of friends.

• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

HIGHLY don’t recommend renting out this condo, purchased it and when we walked into our room it was not the room we bought at all, it was supposed to have 2 bathrooms and we only got 1 bathroom all the decor and everything in the entire condo was just wrong so i immediately call the number to be like hey we got the wrong room can we get the room we bought and the guy basically just tries to tell me that the room is just the same as the one we bought just has one less bathroom like it’s not that big of a deal, but when you pay for a specific condo you want it to be the EXACT one you paid for, but anyways he ends up telling me that the room i purchased was under maintenance so they had to put me in a different room so i was like okay but this room is significantly worse and probably doesn’t cost as much as the one i purchased so could i get a room that is a little more similar to the one i purchased at least get one that has 2 bathrooms and he lies to me and says the entire resort is full and that he can’t give me a new room which i know is a lie because we went at a down time at the end of september plus our parking garage had a total of about 5 cars in the entire building and i saw maybe 2 people on the same floor as us, mind you we were on the very top floor in one of the last rooms so i imagine they just have us one of the extra rooms that they don’t take care of or even really care about that they use for incidents like this. highly recommend booking somewhere else

Good location

This was a great location in that it was not right in the heart of the busy boardwalk but was within easy walking distance, making it a little quieter, but still fun. Excellent beach access. The room amenities were just ok, but satisfactory overall.

A little disappointed

The room had everything we needed but at checkin noticed it had not been properly cleaned and the master tv didn’t work. The property manager was wonderful to deal with fixing these issues. A couple days into our stay we noticed black particles coming out of the sinks. The location was great but the property definitely needs some updating.
