This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1400+ sf. gem is not only comfortable, it is nearby every adventure thrill-seekers beach bums, kids or grandparents desire. The Space: This 3 bedroom/2 bath 1400 square foot condo is truly a gem. Enjoy mornings on any one of the two huge balconies with a cup of your favorite coffee as the sun rises and the salt air breeze cools you off. Spend the afternoon sunning on the beach, directly across the street, or exploring the Grand Strand with its many venues and attractions. In late afternoon, enjoy your favorite beverage while you recap the activities of the day with the family while enjoying the secluded courtyard pool and large hot tub. The open design of the living room/kitchen allows everyone in your party to chat and swap stories while relaxing or whipping up a meal. Another perk of this condo is the spacious sleeping arrangements that will refresh you for the next day’s adventures. Wanting to enjoy a dinner out? Sea Captains House, Vicini's and a whole host of other fantastic restaurants are within 10 minutes of the location. Or stay in and chef your meal in style and dine on the deck looking out at the ocean views! Guest Access: The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean. The Neighborhood: Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Getting Around: A car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Other Things to Note: We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". Don't stay here. There were still food crumbs on the coffee table when we checked in. The floor was filthy. We had to wear shoes the entire time because the floors left our feet black on the bottom. There was a cockroach in the master bedroom. We had to call security, the owner, and the police numerous times because of parties going on in the condo above us every night (sometimes until 5am), and also parties/screaming at the pool well past the 11pm quiet time (the pool is right outside the condo bedrooms). It smelled like marajuana, and someone urinated over the side of the outdoor porch above us while we were sitting outside on the porch with our kids. The police never show up, I guess they have better things to do. The security also did not always show up when called, and when they did the party just restarted after they left. More than once my husband had to go upstairs or to the pool himself and ask them to end the party, this is a dangerous situation. The pictures provided in the listing are very deceiving, there are many buildings that share the pool area, and the condo itself needs work. This condo was horrible and completely ruined our family vacation. Do not rent here. BEWARE ##### Jenny C. They knew this was broken but just hung a towel on it anyways. They main bathroom had no hot water.
