It is 3rd floor and the stairs are outdoors so you just have to be able to deal with that. We had issues with the internet and had no wifi our entire stay. When questioned about it, was told to contact spectrum. That is not my job and what I need to do while on vacation, this should have been handled through them. Other than that, the stay was great, and the location is close to everything. The beach access is across the street and easy access. I will say that this is on the 3rd floor and only stairs to get to it so if you struggle with stairs this is not a place you should stay but if you can handle them, it is a great place.
