We apologize, you were not given any towels, however apron check in our guest are given a information sheet with WiFi info and room details that include that all houses/villas rentals are self sufficient, meaning they do not receive fresh towels or linens informing you that you will have to wash them yourselves and that your keys must be returned at check out. We value your feedback and will be sharing your comments with the appropriate departments to make our guests more comfortable while providing the best in hospitality.

We were here the week before Easter. The towers were pretty empty and that meant the pool areas were easy to find chairs. By the time we left, there were a lot more people there and it made it a little more challenging to find chairs but we still could find chairs. Overall, this place is fantastic and we would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a smaller place with less people, avoid this place.

Pleasantly surprised. This is a top-notch resort with every amenity you can imagine. We stayed in a very spacious oceanfront 1-bedroom condo unit in the Jasmine Tower and it was fabulous. It was well-appointed and the view was incredible. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

Overall, the room we stayed in was great. Each bedroom and the living area has ceiling fans, which is a must for me. The view from the balcony was great. The condo did come fully furnished with the necessary cooking utensils and pots. There were some hiccups in the room. The stove was a gas range and oven. The stove top was usable so my husband was able to have his grits everyone morning. Unfortunately, after several attempts to preheat the oven in order to bake french fries, it was decided that the oven would not be used. The fire alarm kept going off in the room. There was no evidence that anything had been left in the oven by mistake. We did open the balcony door just in case. I am guessing that there is an issue with the gas line or the smoke detector is VERY sensitive. I also noticed that whoever previously stayed in the room failed to make sure that the dishes were actually clean before placing them in the cabinet. I do not know if there are measures in place to double check dishes or not. The room also needs a new can opener and toaster. Other than having some neighbors beside us who were LOUD (the kids were screaming at each other, and the parents were yelling at them) and neighbors above us who watching movies really loudly, the condo and resort, itself, was good. I'm not trying to air my grievances, but you can literally hear your neighbors through the walls.

Could Have Been Better
Our stay was good. The rooms were clean and had all we needed. At no fault of the resort, a storm caused some issues with elevators and lobby. We had problems with tv connection and wifi going in and out

Great resort, staff was friendly and helpful. Great room, better than my actual apartment! Balcony views over the beautiful beach. Direct access to the beach and though I was there in winter, I can tell the pool area is a great place to be when there are more people.

Everything was great but, one thing that I was disappointed about it was the balcony furniture were broken and the cushions were all teared up. For a resort such as this I believe there should be a little more care and furniture should be replaced or updated it when is need it.

This is the best property I have ever stayed in at Myrtle. It is clean, everyone is friendly and very quiet. I felt very safe. The pizzeria has wonderful pizza. Barefoot Landing is a mile up the same road- walking distance.

The view was gorgeous. You could see all over north Myrtle Beach. The staff was pleasant. The rooms where worth the money. We where on the 29th floor and it had a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The bedrooms where awesome. Just wise the balcony had better chairs and up to date furniture in the living room besides that all else was great.
