No living room, but 3 different sitting areas with nice views. The front bedroom has a really great view of the beach. No cooking to be done! There is only a mini fridge and a microwave. We were a little disappointed there was no balcony on the 3rd floor, that sent us to the beach more. It was nice to use the buildings showers outside to remove the sand off of us, the public one has a long line. ##### Tracy D. A short walk across the street each morning had us at the beach for a day of fun. Small shops and restaurants close by for all of the essentials. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster made the time between meals bearable. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, everything that was necessary. This condo is wonderful, clean, roomy and it's right across the street from the beach and convenient to everything you may want to do. The BR on the 3rd floor has a great view of the ocean. We had a problem with the HVAC but the owner was very responsive and handled it as quickly as he could (it was the weekend).
