Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to the guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painter's tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to the removal of tape or decorations, a fine will be incurred.

#### Great place, all you need
We had a great time. And we had everything we needed. Easy access to beach and pool was a real draw for the kids. There were a couple of small negatives, but mostly was due to staying somewhere you aren’t familiar with. The small living room area was a little small for 5 adults & 2 children. Two things you may need to check: door to balcony from living room stops about 6-8 inches upon opening & takes muscle to finish opening. There was no obvious cause and, when closing, it was smooth as silk. Towel bar in main bathroom is loose. Will end up coming out of wall. These caused us no problems but I wanted to let you know
