Property Rules: Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with resort policies. No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles are permitted on the property. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. The description states that there is a dishwasher but it did not have one. The hair dryer did not work. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river was nice. It was hard to enjoy the hot tub because even though there were signs that said no kids under 14, no one was monitoring that so it was always full of kids.
