### Neat 1st floor cozy condo at Magnolia place

Summary:  
Ground floor, Beautiful and cozy condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions! Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.  
\*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.  
  
The Space:  
1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo. 1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.  
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.  
Sheets and linens provided.  
Free WiFi and cable TV available.  
\*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.  
\*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.  
\*Towels are provided for showers only.  
  
Guest Access:  
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.  
\*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.  
\*Washer/dryer available in the unit.  
\*Parking is free.  
\* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.  
10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:  
\*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.  
\*Pool key is photographed before each stay. There is a $100 fine for lost/broken pool key.  
\*Please review my house rules.  
\*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.  
\*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.  
\*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)  
\*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)  
\*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)  
\*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Very outdated, seniors had trouble getting off the very outdated low toilets. Bare minimum utensils in the kitchen, no cutting board no scissors,, no clock in the bedroom not even a salt and pepper shaker, windows need to be cleaned. Pool was very nice very clean. Grounds are very nice well accommodating for someone who has a dog. When we had problems we contacted the property management and they responded quickly to take the proper action.

#### Mold infested Unit

When we arrived I began to itch because I am highly allergic to mold. I let the management company know there wer evidence of old. All the registers were completely black and when I went into the closet with the air conditioner and hot wate heater there was rust stains all over the top of the hot water heater with a wet rag full of rust color also. The mold was going thru the air conditioner and that is why all the registers were completely black. This unit needs a mold remediation. It should not be rented right now. If you are allergic to mold I do not recommend you stay there. We had stayed in this unit last November and we really liked it. The owner should not be renting it in the present condition.

#### Wonderful condo

We loved the condo. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. Loved being on the first floor. Easy to bring luggage in and out. Great location close to everything. We would definitely stay there again. Higly recommend if you are going to Myrtle Beach.

I enjoyed staying at this condo, it’s clean , equipped with essentials and close to everything.The complex is quiet, clean and has a nice pool with a barbecue grill which what we enjoyed the most. Overall it was a great stay!!

#### Golf Trip

I was in Myrtle Beach for an annual Military Veterans golf tournament. I've stayed in the 2-bedroom villas near this place before, so I know the area. Communications with the ownership was flawless. Always a quick and accurate response. Reservation, payment and key entry code process was perfectly timed. I didn't use the pool or other facilities but, the shaded parking for this unit was golden, in the SC heat. All in all, a very good stay and trip for me.

Good location, kitchen needs updating. However who ever does the cleaning for these condos DO NOT clean very good. There was dirt in all the corners of the condo and it was worst in the bathrooms. I would not stay there again nor would I refer them to anyone.
