The location was good. The condo I stayed in was a little outdated the coffee table was missing some bolts. Little stuff like that but what really got me was when I asked about linings. They stayed I would have to pay for extra and they only issued one roll of toilet paper.

We were charged before we were allowed to go thru the gate the night we checked in because we had a trailer with our motorcycle for luggage. We had no hot water initially and they came to fix it the next day. People who you speak with are not kind, they seem to always be right

The property is wonderful.. all the pool areas are amazing!…hot tub is great! And so good that these pools are open til 11!! The quarter deck is a fun amenity!! My room was great with a beach view.. HOWEVER!! Your front desk is AWFUL!!.. EBONY in particular!! If our employee she would b fired!! Terrible front desk receptionist!! To start upon our arrival.. was told we would receive a text when room ready .. we waited 2 hrs.. went back to her.. and she literally just handed us our key in 2 seconds!!! No apologies that we weren’t contacted prior!! Her attitude was so lax n uncaring!!!!.. put us in a sour mode as we had wasted 2 hrs of our precious time!!! Next morning I call down.. get Ebony again ( as it was raining)… asked her fir some suggestions of what to do.. literally fit this response..” I’m really not sure.. not much to do around here”!!!!…. SERIOUSLY!!! As the front receptionist you had better be full of information!!! I had to call my daughter back home wh had been here 4yrs ago n asked her!!! So RIDICULOUS!!! We gave up after that w front desk help!!! Needed to use laundry room morning b4 we left.. went at 7…. Like sign says…. NOT open!!! Purposely waited til the am as we were out the night before…. Did not open til 9!!! Too late!!! You hv to be more timely w your schedules..your guests are on a time schedule always!!! And of course I called down.. Ebony said “ iDK anything about that”… well that’s a terrible response! Not even.let me check for you!! 😡

The property was beautiful with so much to do, play grounds, games like corn toss, horse shoes and everything included, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, water play, excellent! The inside of our condo was cute and clean, but the kitchen was minimally stocked-there we’re no hot pads, no dust pan,only one dish towel and dish rag, no dish detergent! We purchased extra paper towels and made things work, but I would consider the things that were missing essentials.
